MobBOOST
Support for First Nations people to build skills, confidence and employment pathways
MobBOOST supports First Nations people to build skills, grow confidence and work towards meaningful, culturally safe employment. The program supports people at different stages of life to identify their goals and take steps toward work, training and long-term career pathways.
About the program
MobBOOST is delivered in partnership with the Inala Elders and works alongside First Nations people and communities.
The program provides practical, strengths-based support to help people develop skills, access education or training, and move toward employment in ways that feel achievable and culturally safe. Support is shaped around individual goals, life experience and circumstances.
MobBOOST is funded by the Australian Government through the Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP).
Who we support
MobBOOST supports First Nations people across three age groups.
Youth (15–25 years)
Support for young people who are finishing school, looking for work, or wanting to build skills for the future. Support may include help exploring training options, apprenticeships or traineeships, building confidence for work, and taking first steps into employment.
Adults (26–49 years)
Support for adults who want to find work, return to work, or change direction. This may include building skills, gaining experience, strengthening confidence and working toward stable employment or new career pathways.
Seniors (50–64 years)
Support for older people who want to re-enter the workforce or explore employment options that suit their experience, interests and capacity. Support recognises existing skills and life experience and focuses on finding the right fit.
